Delivery Timescales and Charges

We aim to despatch goods within 2 days of the receipt of your order. All fragile items are despatched by courier to ensure their safe and timely delivery. However, we suggest that you allow up to 10 days for the delivery of items ordered from the Cinnamon web site.

The following tariffs apply to the delivery of items in the UK.

All orders :-

up to £40 in value, post and packing £2.95

£40-£75 in value, post and packing £6.95

£75 or more in value, post and packing £9.95

EUROPE

Up to €60 in value, post and packing €8

€61-€115 in value, post and packing €20

€116 or more in value, post and packing €35

NORTH AMERICA

up to $40 in value, post and packing $30

$41-80 in value, post and packing $60

$81 or more in value, post and packing $120

All heavy items of furniture and some fragile goods may incur higher delivery charges but these will be notified to you by email or telephone in advance of despatch for your approval.

We are able to send goods anywhere in the world, please email your order to us for details of delivery timescales and postage costs before despatch.
