Accuracy of content

Cinnamon has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes, but excluding delivery, please refer to Delivery Charges for further details.

Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that any monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cinnamon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Cinnamon shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or liable to a delay.

Changing Your Order

Should you wish to change your order please notify us no later than within 72 hours of the original order. Please call Cinnamon directly to make such changes on +351 282 763 235. An administration charge may be payable if goods have been despatched already.

Delivery Charges

Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of items ordered from the Cinnamon web site. Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and materials of products ordered and we regret cannot be refunded.

The following tariff applies to the delivery of items

All orders :-

up to £50 in value, post and packing £7.50

£50-£125 in value, post and packing £15.00

£125 or more in value, post and packing £25.00

An Express Delivery Service is also available subject to the following charges :-

up to £50 in value, Express Delivery £20

£50 - £125 in value, Express Delivery £45

£125 or more in value, Express Delivery £65

Express Deliveries can usually be made within 7 days.

Please note that all heavy items of furniture and some fragile goods may incur higher delivery charges but these will be notified to you by email or telephone in advance of despatch for your approval.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and we will email you again to confirm despatch. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays

Occasionally, the manufacture of your goods may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Returns

If you wish to return any unused item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and return it to the Cinnamon address provided on your invoice within 10 days of receipt.

Please ensure that you enclose the Parcel Summary document sent with the parcel. All goods are returned at the customer's expense and we regret that postage charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation right

Cinnamon provides you with the option to cancel your order within ten working days of receipt of the goods, with all postage costs payable by the client.

Substitution

If an item you have ordered is no longer available or liable to a delay, we will supply a suitable substitute of the same or a higher value, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive a substitute product.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Cinnamon. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Cinnamon. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

The contents of this website are intended solely for personal, non commercial use and are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting our products and services.

Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website and the provision of our home shopping service will be governed by the laws of Portugal and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Portuguese Courts.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access this site, or from your reliance on any information contained in this site.

We will treat as confidential all of the Personal Information you give to us when you register with us using the facility on this website. This includes your name, address, email address, telephone contact number(s), gender and date of birth.
